I am in need of a laptop backpack that'll fit an alienware 17 as I may be required to bring it to work to do graphic design stuff. so i am looking for a backpack that isn't from alienware and that'll fit.

    please leave your recommendations.

Everki are good backpacks. You could go to Canada Computers | Computers, Computer Parts, Laptops, Hard Drives, PC Hardware & Accessories Sales they sell quite a few models. You can also visit their store closer to you. But as for buying everki backpack, I recommend to do a research on the net as you will get a lot of good deals online. I bought the titan one for half the price about a year back (but that's a bit bulky and made for the 18" laptops; its not like the 17" is not going to fit in).

The everki glide is a good bag Everki Glide Laptop Backpack‏, fits up to 17.3” | EKP129 | Laptop Backpacks, Checkpoint Friendly Backpack | Cool Laptop Bags | 18.4" Laptop Bags, Backpacks, Briefcases

As I mention, do a search around and you will get some discounts. Don't buy the bags directly from them... Best of luck!

Those look really cool. May I suggest the Vindicator bag?
It's a good quality product and it's made to fit your PC. We have some here and I have no complains about it.

I have the vindicator for my r4, really good quality bag. My only gripe is that I carry too much stuff so it doesnt all fit :)

I have been looking at the everki titan though, but the price tag kills me.

i don't think i can get a vindicator backpack in time as i might be starting a part-time job soon and it requires me to carry a laptop with me and i don't want to be waiting.

the targus voyager 17" backpack looks decent but will check out everki.

Thanks for all the suggestions but since the possibility of starting a job is quite possible and they require me to have my own PC, I grabbed the Targus voyager from Staples.
