    Battlefield 3 affecting my Alien FX

    ie turning off all lights on keyboard and then going all shades of lurid e during game. Only started recently.
    Any suggestions welcome.

    Just to say, I have checked this site for this issue but due to time constraints cannot search indefinitely.

    Right click the Alienhead in your tray and select: disable 3rd party access.

    it's supposed to control alien fx. the developers put that in there. haven't you noticed how alien fx flashes red when you're really low on health?

    It freaked me out too :D
    but its a feature, FX stays white when you are normal then flashes red when you are being shot at and when you are dying fx is solid red. also at the beginning of the game it turns green like the color of your team.

    League of Legends also has an option like this. But when your dead, the light turns white o_O
