now that I looked through it I found three driver packages :

the one from the dell website named
    Bigfoot_WIN74_A03_Setup-2J8N4_ZPE.exe

the one from killer gaming website named
    Killer1102-1103Setup_6_1_0_298_Win7_64bit.exe

the atheros generic drivers that were posted a couple of days ago here

the generic should be the lightest most compatible one .. but is it missing any specific "killer" features ?? .. I mean performance-wise or helpful options ..
but I couldn't find specific link that will work best for the 1103 (please provide with any if you know)

or should I stick to the dell or the killer packages which contain the killer network manager .. it takes much memory and I never use it but does add any features to the card ??

again there should be a sticky post for best drivers for each hardware !!

these drivers also work, I find they have less overhead.

    Atheros AR938X Version 10.0.0.42 WHQL

The most recent Dell set (A03 - 9.2.0.320) is performing very well in my R3. If you don't want to use the Atheros Killer Network Manager, just eliminate it from the Startup programs or right click on its tray icon and select Quit after it loads.
