    Blu-ray Burner not available anymore?

    Hi why's the blu-ray burner option not available anymore in M17x? is it unstable?

    I bought mine with one back in July, I have no issues, maybe they where not selling that option as much as needed to keep.

    Also Cheaper to buy it on ebay as well.

    They still list it as a build option on the Alienware Australia site. I ordered one last week but got an email a couple of days ago saying it isn't available now. I'm guessing they just hadn't updated their build pages. :(

    Dave-p is very wise. Just get one from eBay. I wouldn't buy it from Dell even if they did offer it. Get all of your goodies accept the GPUs and LCD aftermarket. You'll save a lot of money.

    I'm in AUS and ordered on the 7th Dec 2010 and got my bluray burner :) i guess i was very lucky
