    Hey guys

My r3 was working perfectly for a long time until I upgraded to the 296.1 drivers. Wondering if anyone else is having these issues or if there's a fix? I was trying to get a game to run on the old drivers but was having issues. After I upgraded the drivers the game problem was solved but I'm getting 2 or so blue screens a day. Also, this could be coincidence, but I've only noticed it when I'm browsing.

    Thanks

Zip and upload your dump files from C:\Windows\Minidump and I'll analyze them for you.

hey man, I must be special because for some reason I cannot find out how to give myself permission to attach the files. I am obviously administrator, and have full control of the files, but it won't leet me. The only thing it doesn't have is special permissions checked, which for the life of me I can't remember if that's what's holding me back.

I can tell you it said driver_power_state_failure or something along those lines in the blue screen for now.

I'll need the dump file to figure out the exact cause of your BSOD. You may need to take ownership of the file. Right click the Minidump folder and click properties. Under the security tab, click advanced. In the new window that pops up, go to the Owner tab. Make sure the owner is either yourself or Administrator.

One thing you can try is a clean install. Just fire up the driver installer, and there is a place with Advanced options, select clean install and off you go.

Did you try copying the minidump folder in your desktop and attached the copied file? That's what I'm doing because I cant attach from the original location of the minidump folder too.
