    Hey guys im getting the error message below :confused: , im going to contact alienware in a few days but i know they wont be able to do nothing about it as there customer service is quite naff! looks like im going to have to sort it myself..hope you guys can help, im not sure if its a voltage issue.

    Just to add further info, i get the BSOD when im just using the m17x at idle no gaming or anything at all just surfing the net. The temperatures are very low too. Im not sure if theres a hardware issue or anything..

    If you can log on to Adminstraive tools Then Vent Viewer and Adminstrative event. Locate the time and the critical error. You get something like Event number and task Category number and you should be able to find the sorce of the issue. Event Viewer [Vista]
