    Hi there,

We have to narrow it down first, bluescreens can be software or hardware related.

Can you tell us exactly when it happens ? When the alien head is on screen ? After ? Windows loading animation ? Windows login screen ? when your desk is being loaded ? or it's random ?

Can you copy-paste here the blue screen text message, focus on what crashed.

    Please copy your configuration too.

and finally, have you installed new drivers recently ?

Is it always the same driver that is causing it or not ?

    Because this file is legit.

Is it always happening at the same moment ? it's really important.
