When do you get the BSOD? You need to be more specific, cuz those reports are very ambiguous and sometimes are very generic or even unrelated :(

Every time I've gotten them I've been watching a video online or playing a game.

You said that this started recently. Have you tried a system restore to before the BSOD issue?

I can't actually remember when. I recall it happening more recently though.

The BCCode 3b is related to video graphics drivers.

Thats where you need to start. What drivers are you using? - any point in time that you noticed that you started getting this bsod? - has you recently updated gpu drivers and noticed it happening since then or have you been using them for a while and its just started?

Have you installed anything recently and have started getting this bsod error after any such installation?

A suggestion may be to uninstall your current video drivers and clean up before reinstalling them. That may help with you bsod issue.

I installed the official ATI drivers, then had issues, then reinstalled my dell drivers. I did the registry cleaner and all that that your (I think it was your) guide told me to do.

Havent gotten a blue screen since I posted, but what I explained is what I did a month or so ago, not recently to eliminate the blue screens. It may have caused them. I wish I could use the new ATI drivers, but I had such a performance drop with them. No clue why.
