hi, just bought a brand new headset of jabra . Jabra halo 2. I paired it with my mobiles, tables, alienware 17 and so on. No problem with the quality, but when i try the combination of headset linked to alienware 17mxr3 + game + skype , the whole clear voice & sound is getting terrible annoying A lot of disturbance and noone can here me on skype, i can't hear them (just like robotvoices) , and game sound is also like a robot. It seems the performance of sound is getting so low, the sound seems "broke". Any idea's ? I just used the dell driver on the alienware site for bluetooth.(also and the normal sound drivers from alienware sites ) .. Is Bluetooth headset a no go for combination of gaming & skype on alienware?

    thanks in advance.

Since your Jabra Halo2 works fine with other devices, the unknown here is the hardware that brings Bluetooth into the PC and its drivers. I would suspect that before dismissing the products or technology, entirely. You have to be sure that it supports the Bluetooth profiles you're trying to use - in this case, probably A2DP and HSP. A2DP is for streaming stereo audio (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) and HSP is for tele-communications (Headset Profile). Personally, I believe the Halo2 is a great device for gaming and communications!

    Thanks,
    Tom
