I have an R1, and some limited knowledge of Bluetooth. My headset is a Motorola S9-HD - whenever I'm listening to music through an audio program, it appears to be transmitting in A2DP mode (I'm assuming this due to the audio quality being quite reasonable, and because I'm able to use the headset's onboard controls).

However, when I open a game like TF2 or Starcraft 2, my sound quality either goes to hell or stops functioning completely. My question is, would this be an issue with the driver, the Bluetooth module, or the headset? I suppose that the games may not support A2DP, but that seems like something that should be controlled by Windows.

Been a LONG time since I used a bluetooth headset, but you might want to make sure you open up Playback Devices and use BT as audio out.
