    When I ordered my Alienware, they told me they couldn't change my avatar/wallpaper. I changed these myself, although, my bootloader still has the original image. I think it was called "Alienhead 3D" or something like that. Is this on all the laptops, or is it customized to which avatar you chose?

    u can't edit i think the bootloader and it's the same for each alienware but you can edit the bootloader windows with that software and some start text :p with that software: Win7BootUpdater
    And the button windows start: Windows 7 Start Orb Changer
