We purchased this machine in August and have found it to be highly problematic. To date there have been lock-ups that have be only been remedied by hard-resets as well as BSOD throughout the day.

Bios & Vbios has been updated as well as latest drivers. I was hoping to not deal with tech-support... however I feel it may be inevitable.

:D Any Advice is much appreciated!!

well... at least it seems consistent:

This machine has the 460m. 8 BSOD's to date starting on 8/17. The machine has been laggy for no good reason as of late. 4 of the BSODs were today alone... sucks
