Can I buy the RGB LED for the M17x from Dell parts?

You were able to in the past, but they are usually way over priced.

From what I read in the past, if you buy the part, it will carry the system warranty, or 90 day warranty, which ever is longer.

It might be cheaper for you to sell the system you have, and go for one that has one at the outlet.

For the price they charge for a RGB screen, I think you're better off getting a real non-tn monitor. Just my 2c.
