    Hey everyone,

Just recently I've noticed a peculiar issue brewing up. CCC won't open and the IGP properties panel won't open either.

I can't get screenshots since I am doing a few things to it however these are some issues I've run into.

When uninstalling the drivers, I followed an exhaustive procedure that wiped all the vid drivers off the drive. I was left with 2 standard VGA adapter drivers once I booted up again. However, once I installed the 12.8 drivers I would get a beautiful BSOD from atikmpag.sys

Thus, I used the 12.6 drivers instead. Yet despite following the procedure correctly, I still had the damn CCC and IGP issue--their property panels would not open. To make things worse and a bit more interesting, the RST panel along with several other programs wouldn't open.

    Problem 1 would be: clr20r3
    Problem 4 would be: PresentationCore

I tried running an sfc /scannow in safe mode as well however after 9%, I get the BS "Windows Resource Protection blah" message.

Eventually I got sfc /scannow to run however it only repaired a limited number of files. Afterwards, I received a message that it could not repair some which hints at some corrupt Windows files, namely .net framework. Accordingly, I uninstalled .net framework using the cleanup tool and then reinstalled all the frameworks again only to encounter the same problem on bootup.

I am thinking of running a repair install of Windows however I wanted to hear some insight from the NBR community. Any ideas as to why I am receiving these errors?

    Did I stump everyone? lol

I did the upgrade installation and while I was at it, upgraded my HP to Ultimate. This resolved some of my corrupt Windows files thankfully.

I still, however, have program issues with the .net framework. Going to try a bit more extensive uninstallation procedure to get things going.
