Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2 are lagging. I have reinstalled the ATI drivers off the Dell site and that didn't work. Stealth Mode is not enabled. What else could it be?

could be a power play issue, check with gpu-z what clocks you are getting when gaming.

Press the stealthmode button and go back and forth.

When the light is brighter, the mode is ON.

When I press the stealth mode button it says "Stealth Mode access detected. Choose Yes to enable No to Cancel."

I have the Stealth Mode indicator installed and it says it is off.

    Here are the GPU-Z screenshots.

It still occurred with Powerplay enabled. I found out that Norton was running a scan in the background that's why it was slow.
