After installing Cyrsis 2 i started expeirencing prolems with flicker from crossfire in Rift and other games i have (which i know is a current problem). CCC is also locking up when i start it up, go to video option, and under the Basic Quality tab i get an error message. Only half the message is displayed and the other half is cut off by the over laying window and the window cant be moved. Only thing i can read is Microsoft Visual C+++. The flag fluttering in the box also locks up. Only way to close CCC after that is to restart Runtime or stop the process via task manager. Im running the official dell drivers 8.7 with the vbios update from forever ago and did not have any issues with any games before Crysis 2 installation. Anyone have an idea to what Crysis installed on my comp to conflict and cause flicker in other games? My gut wants to say .net framwork or visual C+++ and both of those are up to date from microsoft.
