    No my temps are decent. I can keep them under 100C when doing a wPrime 1024m run. Normally, I don't max over 80C. I have looked into a cooler. Targus HD3 Gaming Chill Matt looks nice. Minimalist :)

    i made do yourself stands with some stuff i got from the dollar store.

    I always liked that chillmat, but i don't know if it will do any better than just having the back raised up

    Yeah I have the back raised up. Actually using a book. Keeps my 580m cool too. Temps not going higher than 75C.

    got my new m17x r3 yesterday, it comes with a 2760qm, i took the back cover off and the cpu i think only has 2 copper pipes and the 6990 has 3
