I saw a sticky made by Batboy. I am able to prepare the USB flash drive using HP USB Format tool and load the MiniDos etc. Upto here I am very clear.

Next we are make a folder into which we are to place the bios file to be executed.

Now my question is which file do I exactly place inside. Are we supposed to extract all the files from the single Bios file we download from Dell.

Are we to place the single packaged executable file or extract files from it and then place them in the flash drive. I am confused because when we use 7zip, a list of files are extracted from that single package file.

It would be great if someone could spend their precious time and list down exactly how and what we are suppose to do.

I think it would serve for those who have joined the forum recently. and also in view of the bricking that happened over the A05 bios update in R4s.

Hoping to hear from a wizard.
