This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Can't install HP mouse?

    It detects it and installs it as new hardware, but it won't show up in windows as the actual mouse. I see the device popping up in device manager, try to update it, nada.
    Anything I can do to get it to work?

    Best thing that I can suggest at the moment is that you get the specific driver from HP itself. Type the model of it in Google I suppose and just search for it's most recent update manually. I hope it helps.
