I think that dxdiag does not report video memory accurately.

It shows that I have 1743MB of video memory. That's more memory than one of my GPUs and less than both of them.

    What does GPU-Z tell you?

    StZu, follow these steps:

    1. Uninstall any ATI Catalyst software you have. 11.4 is promising, however I will wait until it is officially released.

    2. Right click My Computer, hit Manage, go to Device Manager tab. Navigate to Display Adaper, and extend it.

    3. If you see 2 adapter, one of them should be the Intel one, right click on the other (it might appear as Standard VGA or AMD, doesnt matter) and UNINSTALL. If only Intel adapter appears, jump to step 3.

    4. Right click on Display Adapter, hit Scan for hardware change. After this, the Standard VGA adapter should appear.

    5. Download this, and install. Everything should be good after restart. This is AMD granville. Another way to do it, is insert your Resource DVD, navigate to folder that contains drivers, and double click on R291070. It says AMD Granville (for 6870) and AMD BlackCombXT (for 6970), however, I see those 2 files are identical.

    AMD Granville

Don't worry, my 64 bit dxdiag says the same crap ;) while other utilities and W7 define graphics memory correctly
