Sorry guys for a dumb question but I don't really understand this CAPS profile thing. I have the AMD drivers and CCC 11.7. As I understand it the CAPS is just profiles for games right? There are loads of CAPS releases and I can see the latest is 11.7 CAP 3. As I am pretty nervous about unsettling a system that is working well I am hesitant to install them.

Anyway, as I already have drivers version & CCC 11.7 installed already, does this automatically include a roll up of all the CAPS profiles already pre CAPS 11.7?

So, for example, say CAPS 11.5 mentions in release notes a fix to Crysis 2 flickering (not that I own the game) - Have I already got that fix because I have the 11.7 drivers/Control centre without the need for installing a CAPS profile? Also I only have a single card 6970m, it seems the CAPS is more geared towards crossfire, am I right?

    Thanks,
    Wayne

So yes the CAPs are cumulative (so each later caps release provides all previous updates).

Also it's my understanding that the CAPS are ONLY for crossfire...so with a single card setup they don't do anything.
