    I have looked on here did not find much is there a how to on this for the m17x R2? I have done this before but when I took the bottom off the Alienware there was more stuff that needed to be took off. So, I ask how is this done do you go from the top of the laptop so take the keyboard off if so how do you do that? Any help would be nice thanks guys..

    yes i actually used the documentation guide. the video is good to give you an idea what to expect and to visualise the documentation guide.
