    Checking touchpad and mouse in boot

    Hi friends from forum notebook...

    well,
    does anyone have check the touch pad and mouse in Boot mode...?
    I did want to check it...
    it appear a box and ask me using the touch pad or mouse to move the indicator to the box...
    but it's appear that i cant move the indicator with my mouse and touch pad...
    so i abort the checking...
    I need suggestion what should i do in order to check my touch pad and mouse in BOOT mode...

    Note : But i can use the touch pad and the mouse... Its working very well..
    But I just want to check them on BOOT mode...

    Dude, what's boot mode? Please clarify your questions if you want to get good answers.

    well the boot mode I mean is restart the computer, press F12 to access the boot menu, and select diagnostics...

    It's called boot diagnostics. Not sure about your questions but if the touchpad is working in windows no reason to check it via diagnostics. If you are troubled that it's not smooth enough then it's not only you. It's a known issue with alienware machines.
