The first and third ones are the same. Is this a boot drive or will it be a data drive? If it is a boot drive the Momentus XT will be better, but if it is a data drive, the Scorpio is great. Using a Momentus XT as a data drive defeats the purpose and for the same price you can get 250GB more of space.

I'm looking for a data drive, but since i have many external ones so space isn't my first concern ,i would choose according to the performance...

The Momentus XT can provide a significant performance benefit but only for frequently used data (programs, Windows, etc.) so unless you're using it as a boot drive or for programs, go for a higher capacity drive.
