Hi guys! So my alienware just crapped out yesterday and i tried a alienware respawn factory reset, but it did work. It wouldn't go and always goes into startup repair

NOW, im trying to do a windows 7 Clean install, but when i click install now, it says, "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing"

What does that mean?! What should I do next?!

    Thanks!

Start your computer and press F2 at the Alienware logo screen. At the startup utility menu press F9 to load defaults, the F10 to save and exit.

Restart your computer, this time press F12 at startup. This will open the advanced boot menu, choose to boot from the CD/DVD drive. (Make sure Windows 7 DVD is in)

    Proceed to install Windows.
