I saw there's a new AWCC version up, I'm guessing the current versions auto update is bogus? I says no updates found...

Can I install the new version over the current one?

I tried a clean installation of the most recent version (2.8.8.0), but had problems with it. Changes to the themes would show on the screen but would not update to the keyboard, et al. Tried new themes, old themes, changes to old themes, none worked. Uninstalled the new Command Center and reverted to the old one (2.6.2.0), and everything works again. Maybe I missed something, but could not make it work properly.

Yup, tried updating today and everything stopped working... guess I'll do a system restore. Anyone else encountered this problem?

EDIT: Oops, all I had to do is shut down the machine and reboot. All is well :D

Awesome! So we all know now that if you encounter problems with the update you just need to install over the previous version, BTW here is a very good article about the command center.
