I've noticed that very commonly I get pauses and interruptions when performing simple tasks like opening web pages, opening files etc. While not running many programs (although, I am right now installing Flight Sim X), my CPU usage averages around 15%, and easily gets around 22%, physical memory is also at around 40-50%. I don't know if these are normal values.

    What do you guys think?

    Theres... no way..
theres been 7 updates in like, a month?

EDIT: Hahahaha, oh boy, never mind, thanks. One question though, when updating it says to change the SATA mode from AHCI. I had many troubles with this before my first OS install, will changing it from AHCI to compatibility, then updating, then back to AHCI cause no harm?

When I updated my firmware I changed to ATA for the update and then changed it back to AHCI after it completed (as this seems to be what they requested on Crucials manual for the firmware update). I had no issues doing this. I was careful to make sure my comp. didn't boot into windows while on ATA though I'm not 100 percent if that would cause any lasting harm.

ya, i did the same...switched to ATA first, then back to RAID when the firmware updated...my install is slightly different because i installed it in RAID not AHCI...but no harm either way

As far as I know, it skipped from 0002 to 0009, there weren't actually 7 releases in the middle. :)

Just leave it at AHCI it will work.

But 0002 fixed the freezing problem so I dont think its the SSD, but you could try.
