*meant to post this in M17x section, not Alienware forum*

So I tried installing 10.10c. To do that I obviously wanted to uninstall all current CCC software from the computer. For some fkd up reason, everytime I try to do that, it bloody goes into bsod loops (this started like a few days ago). Never ending mind you. Then I have to go into safe mode, use driver sweeper then take off all ati software and drivers.

Now after that, it seems to have friggin disabled me wireless adapter (msg is network adapter not found), even though it is clearly showing in device manager without any yellow triangles next to it...

I'm going to try to install 8.763 again for drivers, and hope that does something, but if not please help me sort this out.... before I throw my computer out the window.

Do you have the new VBIOS flashed to your cards? If not, I would get that done.

Update: After more searching the driver titled 'microsoft virtual wifi miniport adapter' seems to have a yellow triangle with the exclamation mark in it. Obviousy that's the problem. now that's been sorted, what am I supposed to do next?!

Yes of course I've had it flashed. Been like that ever since they came out. The ONLY thing is that I don't have the latest Bios.. but I'm doubting its that.. this has to do with the CCC being the only problem (the only one that BSOD's my computer on anything).

Then I have no idea why you're in the BSOD loop.

The BSOD loop has been fixed. It was solved by the driver sweeper getting rid of all the Ati stuff in safe mode (proving that's what the problem is).

I'm running on 8.763 drivers for now (10.7 I believe).

The main problem now is the Network adapter disabling my wireless.

For my adapter, I completely uninstalled it, and all of the Pro Set Wireless stuff. Then I installed ONLY the driver for the card. Sorry I'm not of much help man.

It's alright man, lol thanks for trying. (Side note: It won't let me update the driver.. but that's expected)

Yeah, the Dell driver is a bust. I meant the disk that came with the 6300 (if you got one). If you navigate the disk manually, you'll find a folder called 'Drivers' or something like that. In there is a file called 'DPinst64'. That is all I used.

Well adapter problem has been sorted. Same as BSOD loops (chalk that up to Rivatuner enteries messing the computer up). (As well all EnableUlps enteries in Regedit have had their value changed to 0 now)

New problem though (it never ends does it).
10.10 not installing for me for some reason. It says Installation complete (warnings occured during installation). I'm running driverless at the moment, so if anyone has solutions, it would help!

EDIT: Driver sweeper was used to clear all ATI entries just in case, but the computer refuses to install any CCC stuff at the moment. Which is just retarded.

Shameless bump. Need to get this working, otherwise my screen looks like this:

(So um, you might not see it, but max resolution is like 1600x1200). Out of whack, and i'm apparently running 8.763, although can't tell with this screen. (windows seems to be working on aero mode as well)
