As the title says, I'm getting them while playing some heavier games. Main ones I get them on is Dark Souls 3, GTA V and Mass Effect Andromeda. Most other games are fine and will run for hours no issue. When I dropped Mass Effect down from 1980x1020 to 1280x720 I didn't get a crash for maybe two hours, still crashed though.

Any ideas what could be causing it?

Definitely the driver is installed partially. You see CUDA is missing.
Run DDU and reinstall the driver. After that install dx rediststs & VC++ runtimes
