Controlling lights on the M17x?

I'm planning on buying an alienware laptop soon, but I have some questions that I hope you can answer

I'm watching a lot of movies and wondering if it's possible to TURN OFF all the lights on the laptop? even the quick-function buttons on the top-right side of the keyboard and the alienware logo on the back cover?

And the power-button, is it possible to turn off it's light and harddrive-activity light as well?

Or I should maybe ask, are there any lights that can't be turned off?

The only light that cannot be turned off is the alienhead on the top of the laptop.

 

like he said, you can turn all off except the light on the outer lid of the laptop, the one that faces away from you while it's open.
All you have to do is right click an icon in the task tray and hit go dark and all lights go off, takes a second. all lights including hdd activity light goes off, from the front of the laptop where you're sitting the ONLY light will be coming from the screen.

 

You can also just hit fn+F11. That'll switch between dark and light mode.
