    Could not run alienrespawn in WIN8 help

    I have decided to switch back to win7 after installing win8 professional in my m17xr3. However, i forgot to backup my files. Tried opening the "EMERGENCY" folder and tried to run alienrespawn using the .exe file inside. however it says that

    "This archive is corrupted or empty.

    This archive appears to be corrupted or empty, meaning that its content was somehow damaged. The restoration is impossible."


    But still the dsb files are still inside the folder.
    Is there anyway that I could run another program using the backup .dsb files?
