What the title says really. The FPS is terrible, I average like 45 FPS on a game which isn't really that graphically demanding. I mean I can run 60 FPS on Crysis 2 and Witcher 2 with them both games near optimal settings.

I don't know what the problem is really. I mean I was running like 200-300 FPS on CS:GO like 7 weeks ago.

I am running the 12.8 AMD catalyst driver with the latest dell driver (8.973)

Anyone else experienced the same issue?

I've researched it on the internet but the solutions aren't working for me. I've tried to uninstall it, set the graphics to low and I still get the same FPS. Pretty safe to say it isn't my system or at least I hope not!

Any information regarding my concern would be great.

I think you are running on your core i7 graphic processor. Since you are using AMD card, it does not automatically switch to your discrete graphic card, you have to manually press Fn + f7 to switch.

I have enduro turned off and the problem still persists. In fact, I've tried it both on and off and the FPS is pretty much similar. I've also tested this out on other games too, like Skyrim, Sleeping Dogs and of course when enduro is on, it causes FPS issues, when off, completely fine.

Any other ideas? =/ Like I reiterated, CS:GO was running perfectly fine two months ago.

no hardware issue, now look into software issue, graphic driver reinstalling? or even windows reinstalling?

Sounds like a driver issue to me. try reinstalling or upgrading to 12.9's and see what happens? Just a thought. :)
