For some reason my memory is only running at 1333, even when I set it to 1600. Got the 8gb and added another 8gb Corsair Vengeance.

Also, how many minipcie slots are there? I wanted to add a GPS receiver internally, but can't seem to find if the wireless is taking the only one.

Which revision do you have? R3, R3, or R4?

Not sure how that works (setting the memory clock). But make sure that all four DIMMs are capable of 1600 MHz. I have heard of some RAM brands having issues with our Alienwares. Check around. I'm pretty sure the Corsair Vengeance is good, but what about the other modules. Are they stock?

Yes, the half-mini PCI slot is taking up by the WLAN card. And that is the only half-mini slot.

Yes, stock modules in the other two bays.

They all list 1600mhz in the info (Intel Extreme Tuning) - which I also can't up the wattage on the turbo side. It's greyed out and shows 55W

Interesting. You should be able to up the wattage. Try putting in only the corsair vengeance and see if that ups the RAM clock speed and allows you to adjust the wattage.

Which bios setting is it - I thought I had everything unlocked for wattage.

If you remove the Corsair RAM does it still show 1333mhz?

Scratch that, not the wattage, but the voltage. You should be able to adjust the RAM voltage.
