This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Just had to format my pc, and lost my throttlestop which I had setup for ages, but now can't see to get it set back up, wanting it to run @ 25x across the 4 cores with tdp-95 tdc 80

    Any help, just seem to be pressing buttons and nothing happening
