    Crossfire +$100, Base Configuration -$100 = $0 savings

Seems like in the US, the Crossfire option for the 5870's is now $100 more expensive (from $375 to $475) than before. Perhaps, the R2 is not a great deal right now and they've actually increased the prices for some components. They have however decreased the price of the base configuration by $100. Dell is smart and they know how to advertise the same thing for "huge savings". Buyer beware. If you want Crossfire on your rig (which I'm sure you do if you're ordering the R2), then watch out and don't fall for the "savings".
