    Hello,

I overclocked my stock ram in m17x r4 for a while now.
got the 1600mhz memory stable @ 2133mhz with 12-12-12 what I think is a nice bumb.

Somehow every time i turn off my computer the memory resets to stock values running on 1600mhz.......
    Are more people experience this?
I tried some things now and somehow it's always goes back to stock, not when i put in sleepmode, then the memory stays @ 2133mhz.

Ive tested alot of hours with prime95 and some more stuff and offcourse and it's stable after some finetuning.

It doesnt matter if I set it with Intel XTU or in the bios, when I turn off and start again it's 1600mhz....

Hopefully someone has the holy grail for this haha :p.

Imo you were lucky you could even change settings like that. On my m17x r3, no matter what speed or timings I put for my Samsung yk0, it doesn't apply no matter what

Is there a "stock/custom" profile setting in the bios?

yes there is, i can change voltage and latencies clocks etc.
    Voltage is still stock.

And lucky or not, why wouldt it save?

EDIT: maybe nice to know, when i just restart the clocks stay, so this happens only if I shutdown and start again.

Make sure you have the latest bios for one thing.
