    Hey Everyone,

I was cleaning up a virus and accidentally deleted my Intel drivers. Each time I restart, windows tell me it can not install the drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been at this all day and can't seem to figure it out.

Error message - Reinstall the drivers for this device. (Code 18)

Try getting into safe mode and installing the drivers. If that doesn't help, try rolling back to a restore point. Worst case would be a clean install

It won't let me rollback and I can't restore because I just cleaned out the virus. I have to do a clean install just to re-install the drivers? There is no way for me to manually install them?

    Thank you for the help.

Re install both drivers following the steps in this article, use the Dell driver for the Intel graphics card. Let us know how it goes.

Analyze won't work if it can't find the intel card why not just go to the dell site put in service tag. And then got to video drivers and hit Intel.

Another question... sorry. I do not have ATI catalyst installed. Reading the article confused me a bit and I think I'm only supposed to have NVIDIA. Is this correct?

I actually have video working again! :) Now SHould I update to the latest drivers because I'm just happy it's all working again!

    Thank you!

That is correct, and if you decide to update the drivers, only update the Nvidia drivers, not the Intel.

The Nvidia driver 460M ISO - How do I update this. I tried putting it on my flash drive but it didn't work, then I burned it to CD and restarted from boot screen and that didn't work either. I'm guess I may have uploaded it wrong or is there a special way to put it on disk?

Thanks for all your help! :)

That's the Video BIOS, this is the driver: Nvidia GTX 460m Driver, if you were looking to update the Video BIOS, this article explains how.
