No not the only one. It's driving me potty. I've Googled for answers and tried some workarounds that apparently worked, but no longer work. Frustrating.

I can't even access the Dell driver page. It just sits there and attempts to load forever.

99% works without the need for Dell drivers and software, but if you want control of your LED's again and OSD etc. then need Dell's site to work again!

Ok. I have an M17X R4 and for my service tag I need the following (according to Dell's driver website):

    Alienware OSD Application
    Sound Blaster Recon3Di - Creative CT9570
    Realtek RTS5209 Card Reader
Intel HM77 Panther Point Chipset | Intel Panther Point HM77 Chipset
    Intel Management Engine Interface
    Dell Wireless 380 Bluetooth4.0 Module
    Synaptics Touchpad
    Intel Rapid Storage Technology
ST Microelectronics LNG3DM Free Fall Sensor
    Intel(R) IvyBridge HD Graphics

The ones in GREEN I have successfully downloaded from Dell's website. The rest, will fail every time. However I have found a couple of drivers elsewhere from their manufacturer websites:

    Realtek RTS5209 Card Reader
    Intel Management Engine Interface
    Intel Rapid Storage Technology

Hope this helps some of you. I'm still digging for the HD graphics driver, I haven't bothered too much with it at the moment as I never use it.

They really need to work on their driver downloads. For all their supported models. Not just graphics drivers but chipset, audio, wireless etc. I can look them up but some really aren't compatible with certain AW builds. I would like to know which ones when I enter my service tag. Biggest failing of Dell support in my view.
