    I just gotta give a shout out to some of these dell reps. I have called 10 times with annoying little questions about returning my computer and I get nothing but respect. Some people have such problems with these reps. They must be calling the wrong number because I have talked to 6 different people, and all of them just treat me like I am there highest priority. They never undermine me since I'm a younger guy like a lot of people do. So thank you dell/alienware I personally will never buy from anyone else.

    Lol, you are lucky then. It just depends on your situation and what kind of questions and issues you are asking or need help with. I do love dell service better than most, but someday you will get transferred everywhere, get a rep that he/she knows everything and won't agree with you and give you a bunch of BS info and etc. Anyways I do respect those reps that you mentioned.
