This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi,
    My MX17 R1 just died.
    I have a 3 year warranty on it so I'm pretty sure it's still covered (anyone remember when the R1 was released in the UK? think I bought it a couple of months after release) but all the info was on the machine.
    Anyone here got the phone number that I need to call for UK Dell/Alienware problems in the UK?
