So I get a call this morning from Unisys saying their Field Tech is coming today and if I was available between 12-4pm. Well he was a no show and never called either. Called Unisys 4 times and the last guy I talked to said he sent an email to the Field Supervisor in that area but he prob left already for the day so I guess Im waiting until tomorrow. Why does dell's "in home" service say they have support until 8pm but the techs only work until 530pm and dont even go to calls with a 4 hour window??? Ridiculous!!

Hopefully the guy comes first thing tomorrow and isnt an idiot replacing my GPU and motherboard.

The reason why is the later time frame isn't guaranteed by the local subcontracted on-site tech company. The tech company near me is WWTS and is a 8am-5pm company lol, the up side is if I need the tech to do something for me they'll meet me literally anywhere during those hours.
