    Is that even right? I get told many many different things and prices for reps. Are they rooking me my money?

    install it yourself. it's REALLY EASY.

    i saw the tutorial.. im not tech saavy in that department at all. also dont have any screws for the new card I don't think LOL.

    Just use your old screws, it should work just fine. Also, depending on which GPU you have and are upgrading to, make sure you have a proper heat sink.

    Never mind apparently it was a free service , just they were trying to charge me for next day service. *sigh*. Thanks guys! Yeah I didn't want to risk messing up my computer.

    No thermal paste is understandable, but what was so hard about the guide? It's step by step, with everything highlighted.
