Like the title says Dell replaced my graphicscard because of a busted heatsink but with this new card everything is slower the temp is better but I think its underclocked or something. Im not good with theese things since Im more of a gamer and not that hot on the inner workings of the computer. I use the program "TechPowerUp GPU-z" to measure temps and they are much better isntead of 110C they are down to around 65C during stress playing a game in the instance SWTOR, but under gpu core clock and gpu memory clock it used to say when i put some strain on it:
GPU Core Clock: 700MHz
GPU Memory Clock: 1000MHz
But now it only showes 300 on core and 400 on memory. Games that used to run on my old GC with a busted heatsink FPS lags like crazy now and maybe im imagening it but browsing the internet etc seems slower aswell.
Would really appreciate some help with this maybe I need to reinstall something or other change some settings, I dont know.
Thanks

I just put on a Youtube video and noticed the core went to 500 and the memory went to 1000 why dont this happen when I enter the game? Or maybe this has nothing to do with anything

Check stealth mode.

Stealth mode isnt activated

Make sure that you have the checkbox at the bottom (continue refreshing while in background) checked. Play a game. What was your core clock?
If it is still low, then either the cards are throttling for some reason - electrical or thermal - or you're stuck in Stealth Mode for some reason. -
Like i said above when I watched a Youtube video the core went to 500 and memory to 1000 but when I play the game it only went to 300 core and 400 memory I had the highest rating checked so even if it went down when i tabbed out to 100mhz the highest rating was 300mhz.

The Revelator Notebook Prophet
Check PowerPlay. Be sure that it is enabled and set to Max Performance when plugged in.

I feel like an idot... Stealth Mode was enabled but when I entered the CC under fusion I saw that it was activated... It's a weird system there where no icon or anything to show that it was on and when I pressed it, it said Stealth Mode detected press Yes to activate press No to cancel. Oh well thats for all the help guys

Glad you got it worked out. I never installed that Alienstuff that controls Stealth mode. Don't even remember what it's called. But I can say this. I have never had stealth mode activated on my system since I got it. Not once.
Maybe I'll install that software and play with it a bit.
Dell replaced my HD5870 in my m17-r2 with a new HD5870 but everything has gotten slower
