Is anyone getting calls to schedule a Dell tech to come out and replace your mobo??

I got one the other day and she asked all sorts of questions about where she should send the tech and best time for him to call and set up an appt...problem is, I checked the number she was calling from and it is to some vacation rental place named Home Away/VRBO

The reps usually aren't dell employees and therefore could be working form home. Your rep may be on vacation somewhere.

The service tech or the service tech's office will coordinate the repair schedule. Nothing to worry about - make the appointment.
