Any tips on calling in? Both reps so far told me the xps was affected and te r3 was not :0. They also offered me $200 back Which I kindly refused.

Said they have to speak to the rep and get back to me. I'm on the 21st day so I don't want tricks played on me should I call again?

Just call back, tell the front line rep that you want to return your laptop due to the intel recall, and speak to a new rep.

..and $200 is peanuts. They offered me $500 cash or $750 credit to keep mine.

Yes, call again and link them to Lionel's blog post or Chris's post in the dell community forum. Its that simple - the R3 is included. Please use the thread in the main aw forum. No reason for a new one. Thanks. :)
