    Hello i just call technical support with the hardware issue of my laptop and he told me to send pictures and description on email address and i misunderstand email address anyone know on witch email address i should send this from what i understood it was [email protected] but i think its [email protected] anyone can tell me the right address? :D

    Call Dell back and give them your service tag and ask them to connect you to the same support tech. Or ask them what the tech's email address is. They will be able to tell you after you give them your service tag. You also should receive an email from them with the description of the problem and support information. The email address may be in it.
