    Dented my laptop...

    So yeah, the front of the laptop is dented.

    The it's a pretty solid dent with a line across the left side of the Vish design, with the keyboard facing my way. Not referring to the screen mind you, just the front.

    For such a nice laptop, the dent is quite ugly. My fault entirely, hey, come on.

    What should I say exactly when I call Dell? I don't think telling the truth here would be cost efficient. My warranty is still on of course.

    Unless you have the accidental warranty coverage, there is nothing you can do short of committing mail/wire/phone fraud.
