I sent my laptop to get proper parts replaced ( previous repair used wrong parts). I got a message saying my computer had a pass code on it, when it does not. Anyway, I called back saying that they could wipe and reinstall. I checked status and it says "billable hold". It has been on this for 3 days now, and I call everyday but leave a message because nobody ever seems to pick up the phone. I emailed the guy on charge of the case and I have no response from him. I need my laptop back. Anybody have experience with this problem?
