I just ran the Dell diagnostics from CD and there were no problems found with the video chipset. But it also doesn't tell me what it's testing. I think it's just testing the onboard video chipset and memory.

Is there a diagnostic package that I can use to explicitly test the GTX 280M cards?

bewteen the dell test programs which do test the GPU memory, the other thing I would try is simple things like benchmark apps like #mMark06, Vantage, etc and run the GPU under load and look for any problems with teh images.

There is not really any more to test on a GPU
