This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Alienware's recently announced R5/R6 laptops now have the option for upgradeable ram. Slots now show up on the bottom of the laptop. They had to go through HOW MANY versions of the m15/m17 laptop before FINALLY allowing ram upgrades? Unbelievable.

    It took that many complaints for someone to get a clue over there.
